Our congregation is multi-generational and represents a mixture of long time ranching families, professionals, retirees, busy intersection of State Hwy 206 and LiveOak Street.  We have a traditional worship service at 11:00 am each Sunday morning.  On Wednesday evenings we invite our members and our neighborhood to come together for an informal meal and fellowship followed by groups for children, youth, and adults.  Our Chancel Choir rehearses on Wednesday evenings as well, following the earlier programming.  We participate in several outreach programs in our community including Meals on Wheels, the Senior Center and once a month informal worship for the residents of a local nursing home.  Our Choir invites singers from all the churches in the county to join together as the Coleman County Choir presents both a Christmas cantata as well as an Easter Cantata.
Our church has been located at the corner of Neches and West Liveoak Streets for 135 years, worshiping through the years in three different structures.  Our current Sanctuary was built in the late 1950's with the first worship service in the new sanctuary being held of April 19, 1959.  The remaining buildings were completed and the Service of Consecration was held December 4, 1960.  On the night of September 2, 1998, the education wing, fellowship hall, choir room, and church offices were destroyed by fire.  The fire burned up to the sanctuary as well as the chapel.  In 2000 a Re-Building Committee was formed and the new education wing and fellowship hall were completed and consecrated on March 11, 2001.
